Quick Change discs

We provide an extensive inventory of abrasive quick change sanding discs, featuring R-Type and S-Type mountings in sizes from 3/4" - 4" dia in R-Type & 3/4"-7" dia in S-Type abrasive discs.

Quick change discs have heavy polyester backing with sometimes an additional ply bonded to the support cloth for a more rigid disc which gives better grain retention and longer disc life. They come in grits from 24 to grit 400 depending on the mineral abrasive grain used. The minerals used are Ceramic, Aluminum Oxide, Zirconium, Non Woven’s with Alox& Ceramics, Diamonds, Sil/ Carbides etc.
