R and S-Type Quick Change Abrasive Discs
Designed for general use, working mild contours as well as
flat surfaces. Excellent for blending light welds, breaking edges,
flaring, removing parting lines and machine marks
The abrasive surface is laminated to a tough backing for
exceptional durability
Virtually eliminates snagging and shredding that can occur
with pressure-sensitive discs
Operates at higher speeds which saves labor and disc cost
Allows you to safely increase your RPM to recommended
speeds, thus reducing finishing time
Provides faster stock removal with less loading and
glazing
Quick-Change fastener secures the disc to the holder,
preventing fly-off when operated with high-speed air tools
Perfectly centered, with no adhesives, moving parts or
center screw to mark work

8 Types of Abrasives:
Premium Aluminum Oxide Resin Bond on
polyester backing – used for most applications whenever medium to heavy stock
removal is required. Recommended for mild to medium-hard steel, stainless,
hard aluminum and some alloys.
Silicone Carbide Resin bond on
polyester backing –used for fiberglass, plastic and glass.
Premium Zirconium Resin Bond on
polyester backing-used for tough applications on steel and steel alloys.
Zirconium Plus –premium heat-treated
grain with a grinding aid on polyester backing. Zirconium -Plus
produces excellent results when working on stainless steel, aerospace alloys,
nickel-based alloys and a number of carbon steels. Performance tests indicate Zirc-Plus
outperforms Aluminum Oxide discs, Aluminum Oxide discs with grinding aids, and
standard Zirconia Alumina discs and has equivalent performance to most Ceramic
Aluminum Oxide discs.
Premium Aluminum Oxide Surface conditioning
discs with resin (not water based). Used for deburring, blending,
finishing, cleaning, surface preparation, edge radius sing, rust removal.
Replaces traditionally used products such as wire brushes and coated abrasives.
K-Strip discs Used: for cleaning,
weld conditioning, coating removal, finishing, weld cleaning and splatter
removal. Has long product life, non metallic
Heavy duty Clean and Finish discs.
Polyester backing on one side. Used for deburring, finishing, cleaning,
defuzzing/denibbing of wood, coating removal.
Unitised Wheels. Uses: aerospace,
sporting goods, cutlery, surgical instruments, metal fabrication and vehicle
fabrication. Available in BP, XL,
Zirconium Flap discs. Used for stock
removal, weld-cleaning blending welds, finishing.
